Our client based in the North Kent area are looking to appoint an Accounts Assistant to join their team. A leading player in their industry they are looking to add to the team, the role offers fantastic exposure within transactional finance with reporting elements involved.
You will be responsible for:-
· Processing incoming invoices: obtain relevant authorisations and post to ledger.
· Processing supplier payment runs.
· Processing staff expenses.
· Reconciling supplier statements to ledger and resolve disputes.
· Producing sales invoices and regular customer statements.
· Monitoring Aged Debtor arrears.
· Assisting with entries related to the industry
· Posting and reconciling Company Credit Card transactions.
