This is a unique opportunity to work at the very centre of decision-making, ensuring smooth operations and seamless communication across the business.
The Role:
· As Executive Assistant, you will be the trusted partner to senior leadership, delivering high-level support and acting as the linchpin for coordination and organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
· Calendar & Time Management: Proactively managing complex schedules across multiple time zones, anticipating conflicts, and ensuring priorities are met.
· Communication & Gatekeeping: Acting as the first point of contact, screening correspondence, drafting responses, and maintaining professional communication with stakeholders.
· Meeting Coordination: Planning and executing all aspects of meetings, including agendas, logistics, travel, briefing materials, and minute-taking.
· Document & Information Management: Preparing, editing, and formatting reports, presentations, and sensitive documents with precision.
· Financial Administration: Processing executive expense reports with accuracy.
· Project & Event Management: Supporting cross-departmental initiatives, special projects, and company events.
· Ad Hoc Duties: Providing flexible support across a wide range of tasks.
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
· Proven EA/PA experience in a corporate environment (construction or housebuilding industry experience advantageous but not essential).
· Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
· Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the confidence to engage at all levels.
· Professional integrity, handling confidential information with discretion.
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including presentation support.
· Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Adaptability, thriving in a busy, fast-changing environment.
· High personal presentation standards and professionalism in all interactions.
· Willingness to learn and contribute to projects across the business.
This is a chance to be part of a large, multi-faceted organisation where your contribution directly supports strategic leadership and business success. You’ll be working alongside senior executives, gaining exposure to board-level operations, and playing a key role in shaping the efficiency and effectiveness of the company.
If you are ambitious, highly organised, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you.
