We are partnering with a dynamic, fast-paced international business to recruit an exceptional Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level support to the CEO and Executive Team (Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Sales & Marketing). This is a trusted, hands-on role at the heart of the organisation, requiring outstanding organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex diaries and communications across multiple time zones.


The Role:

·       As Executive Assistant, you will act as a key liaison for senior leadership, ensuring clarity and continuity of communication while delivering first-class administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:

·       Diary & Calendar Management: Proactively managing complex schedules for the CEO and Executive Team, coordinating across time zones and anticipating conflicts.

·       CEO Inbox Management: Monitoring and prioritising emails, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-up on key actions particularly during frequent CEO travel.

·       Meeting Coordination: Organising agendas, logistics, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings, including while executives are travelling.

·       People & Culture Support: Assisting with recruitment coordination scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and tracking progress.

·       Document Preparation: Creating high-quality presentations, reports, and documents with advanced PowerPoint skills.

·       General Administration: Providing executive-level support and ad-hoc project assistance across the business.

 

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

·       Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders or C-suite executives.

·       Ability to manage complex calendars and travel-heavy schedules.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.

·       High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.

·       Advanced MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint.

·       Experience supporting recruitment processes and People & Culture administration.

·       Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
