Our Dartford based client are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a temp to perm basis. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of recruitment activities. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, this role ensures that processes run smoothly, candidates receive a positive experience, and systems are kept up to date. This is a hands-on administrative position suited to someone with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach.
Key Responsibilities:
· Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support across all stages of the recruitment process including scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, and updating records.
· System Updates: Maintain accurate records on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all information is current and complete.
· Job Posting & Advertising: Upload vacancies to internal and external platforms, ensuring adverts are accurate and reflect brand and tone guidelines.
· Team Support: Work closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors and Resourcing colleagues to provide support during busy periods, recruitment campaigns, or events.
· Reporting Support: Assist in compiling recruitment data and reports as required, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
Skills:
· Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role (recruitment experience desirable but not essential).
· Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
· Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.
· Comfortable working with systems and digital tools – experience with ATS or HR systems is a plus.
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure.
