We are partnering with a trusted, long‑standing client to recruit a highly capable Finance Manager who will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality management information, financial analysis, and commercial insight. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with operational and commercial teams to influence decision‑making and drive performance.

 

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of management accounting, forecasting, budgeting, performance reporting and financial controls, ensuring timely, accurate and relevant information is delivered to support commercial and strategic objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Partner closely with internal stakeholders, providing financial insight and decision support.

·       Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis. 

·       Produce variance analysis, bridge statements and ad‑hoc analysis to support performance improvement.

·       Prepare monthly review packs with clear commentary and recommendations.

·       Manage margin analysis, consignment reconciliations and related financial reviews. 

·       Identify risks and opportunities to enable delivery of financial targets.

·       Support senior leadership through analysis, reporting and project activity.

 

About You

·       Candidate must be fully ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.

·       Experience in management accounting or financial analysis within a fast‑paced environment.

·       A proven ability to work with and influence non‑finance stakeholders and commercial teams.

·       Strong analytical capability, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and drive improvements.

·       A hands‑on, proactive approach, with resilience, adaptability and a continuous‑improvement mindset. 

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels.
