Revenue Manager | Hybrid – Mid Kent | £-Competitive
A large, fast‑paced organisation is seeking a Revenue Manager to lead two high‑performing processing teams and drive excellence across revenue operations.
This is a pivotal leadership role requiring strong people management skills, the confidence to develop others, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organisation. You will ensure accurate revenue recognition, effective processes and strong financial governance.

Key Responsibilities
- · Lead the month‑end billing cycle, ensuring accurate invoicing, accruals and credit notes.
- · Review revenue vs forecast, investigate variances and provide clear commentary.
- · Manage and develop Team Managers, including onboarding, coaching and performance reviews.
- · Provide ongoing leadership and support to ensure strong team performance.
- · Oversee invoicing for bespoke contracts and escalate issues promptly.
- · Review ad hoc revenue streams
- · Monitor auto‑send invoice processes to ensure successful delivery.
- · Perform quality checks on billing inputs and reconcile outputs to ledgers.
- · Produce accurate KPI reporting and support monthly performance reviews.
- · Maintain revenue policies and procedures.
- · Work collaboratively to resolve revenue issues efficiently.
- · Support external audit and complete ad hoc tasks as required.
