Are you an experienced Management Accountant with experience in strategic business collaboration?
Our client are looking for an individual to drive business success through robust financial processing, analysis and close partnerships with commercial and operational teams.
This role would best suit someone currently working as a Finance Business Partner who supports multiple locations and sites.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts for three of our key divisions, Cements, Estates and Administration.
· Lead the annual budget and monthly forecast processes for all three divisions and partner closely with senior stakeholders across the group.
· Improve financial and business processes to ensure fast, accurate decision making.
· Maintain and enhance our financial controls, including balance sheet accuracy and compliance.
· Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
· Provide insightful analysis of performance against budget, forecast and prior year.
· Safeguard assets and ensure company standards for financial control are upheld at all time.
What we’re looking for:
· Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA or QBE with proven experience in preparing management accounts for senior leadership.
· Excellent telephone manner and proven experience within a similar role.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
· Enthusiasm, flexibility, the ability to work as part of a team and take ownership of processes end-to-end
· Excellent planning and organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Advanced Computer Literacy, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
