What you’ll be doing:
· Drawing directly from the job description, your core responsibilities will include:
· Leading month‑end processes including prepayments, accruals, journals and inter‑departmental postings
· Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts, delivering clear commentary and variance analysis
· Conducting weekly and monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy across the board
· Reviewing nominal codes to identify and resolve coding issues
· Supporting balance sheet control account reconciliations with robust schedules
· Playing a key role in a major digital transformation project, including data cleansing, migration and process redesign
· Assisting the Finance Business Partnering team with budgets and forecasts
· Producing insightful analysis to support monthly performance reviews
· Driving continuous improvement across reporting, controls and analytical processes

What you’ll bring:
· Formal qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
· Extensive experience in management accounting within a complex or fast‑moving environment
· Strong working knowledge of SAP
· High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
· A solid understanding of financial controls, governance and compliance
· Advanced Excel capability
· A proactive mindset and the confidence to challenge, improve and influence
