Key responsibilities: 

Accounts Payable & Transactional Processing

  • Process invoices, payments, and expenses across EU entities
  • Validate, code, and post purchase invoices accurately
  • Review AI-processed invoices and manage exceptions
  • Run weekly and ad hoc payments
  • Maintain vendor records and aged creditors reporting
  • Support sales invoicing and credit note processing

Credit Control & Receivables Support

  • Assist with customer setup, credit checks, and collections
  • Post and allocate customer receipts
  • Handle customer queries and documentation
  • Process sales returns in line with procedures

Data Accuracy, Compliance & Systems

  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong financial controls
  • Act as a key user of AP automation tools (Continia)
  • Support fraud prevention and data integrity

Collaboration & Project Work

  • Partner with the Accounts Service Centre and finance team
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation
  • Provide cross-cover and support across EU finance
  • Assist with reporting (e.g. Intrastat) and ad hoc tasks
