We are recruiting exclusively on behalf of our client for an experienced HR Transformation Lead to join their organisation during a significant period of change and growth. This is a 12 month FTC position.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior HR professional with a proven track record of delivering transformation programmes, implementing new operating models and driving organisational change. The strategic direction is already defined; the focus of this role is ensuring successful delivery, implementation and embedding of key initiatives across the business.

You will play a key role in modernising HR operations, improving service delivery and supporting the organisation through a programme of change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of a large-scale HR transformation programme.
  • Embed and enhance a business partnering approach across the HR function.
  • Design and implement an HR shared services model, including processes, systems and operating frameworks.
  • Drive organisational design and change initiatives.
  • Support the transformation of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Manage multiple transformation and integration projects simultaneously.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor progress against agreed objectives and provide regular updates to leadership teams.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across people processes and systems.
  • Support the delivery of change management and organisational development initiatives.

About You:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Significant experience leading HR transformation, organisational change or operating model programmes.
  • Experience building or implementing shared services functions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR business partnering models and organisational design.
  • A track record of delivering successful change within fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Strong employee relations and change management expertise.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.
  • A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach and the ability to quickly build credibility.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent HR leadership experience.
