An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a growing, multi-site organisation on a 16-month fixed-term contract. Working closely with senior leaders and operational managers, you will act as a trusted advisor, delivering strategic and operational HR support across a cluster of businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Act as a trusted HR partner to leadership teams and operational managers across multiple business units.

·       Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive accountability.

·       Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance issues.

·       Lead and support performance management processes, ensuring objectives are aligned to business goals.

·       Coach and support managers in effectively managing performance, engagement and employee development.

·       Support workforce planning, succession planning and talent management initiatives.

·       Partner with recruitment teams to attract, retain and develop future talent.

·       Identify skills gaps and support the delivery of learning and development programmes.

·       Ensure HR practices remain compliant with employment legislation and company policies.

·       Analyse HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations on retention, engagement and workforce trends.

·       Champion employee wellbeing, engagement and cultural initiatives across the business.

·       Support organisational change and work collaboratively with the wider HR team during a period of transformation.

·       Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver a proactive, solutions-focused HR service.

·       Support policy development, implementation and consistent application across the organisation.

·       Contribute to creating a positive, high-performing and inclusive workplace culture.

 

Key Requirements:

·       Previous experience in a HR Business Partner role.

·       Strong employee relations and performance management experience.

·       Experience supporting multi-site operations.

·       Comfortable working in a changing environment and managing competing priorities.

·       Strong communication, coaching and relationship-building skills.

·       CIPD qualified or working towards qualification desirable.
